30-Day Returns — No Complicated Conditions

If Novera is not right for you, return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions that make it harder to return than to keep.

One request before you decide: give it 24 hours after your first use and check for zero redness, zero bumps, zero irritation. That is the correct evaluation — not smoothness compared to a razor. Give it that single test before deciding.

How to start a return:

Contact us at info@noveraofficial.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refund timeline:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@noveraofficial.com.

Condition:

The product does not need to be unused. If you tried it and it was not right for you, return it. That is what the 30 days is for.

Damages and issues:

Inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@noveraofficial.com so we can make it right.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and once accepted, place a new order.

European Union — 14-day cooling off period:

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must be in its original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.

Exceptions:

Items returned after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for refund. Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. Items damaged through misuse are assessed case by case.
